Please create an account under the Log in section and we will authorise you within 24hours, if you already have an account simply Log In and start shopping. The new site now has the ability to save orders and review order history.

Yes our minimum order value is £300 (ex VAT). 

If any item is out of stock it is placed on back order for you and you will be contacted when it is back in stock. No back orders are shipped until they have been confirmed. Delivery is not charged when sending back ordered items.

Existing customers with an approved credit limit:

Our credit terms are net 30 days from the invoice date. If you are unsure if you have a credit account or need to confirm the credit limit you have, please contact us on 0844 257 1180 and we will confirm this for you.

Existing customers with no credit facilities (proforma accounts):
Payment must be made for any goods before they are despatched. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, cheque made payable to ‘Wind Designs Ltd’ or via BACS transfer. Please contact us for up to date bank details on 01353 724140

If you would like to apply for a credit account please contact our accounts department on 01353 724140. (All trade customers are required to sign a copy of the Trade Application/Terms & Conditions form, before any credit account can be opened.)

New customers/First Orders:
All new trading accounts/first orders will be on a proforma basis and payment must be received before any goods are despatched. (A credit account can be applied for once a good trading history has been established (at least 3 orders) please contact our accounts department on 01353 724140).

All products distributed by Wind Designs Ltd are 100% guaranteed against faulty workmanship and manufacturing. If an item needs to be returned as a result of a fault, authorisation must be gained from Wind Designs for the return, and the Retailer given a returns reference number.

Please call us on 01353 724140 to book in a return prior to sending.

Any items returned without a returns reference number may be returned to the retailer or a delay in processing may result. Wind Designs Ltd reserves the right to replace, repair or credit any faulty item as it chooses. Your statutory rights not affected.
